The Kardashian/Swift Feud Has Ended According to Kim/North TikTok

It seems that Kim Kardashian is showing that her spat with Taylor Swift is finally something that is in the past. In one of her latest TikTok videos, she is making us all feel like the grudge is removed because of the song she chose with her nine-year-old daughter.
Kim and her daughter North West recorded and posted a video of the two of them dancing to a fast version of Taylor Swift’s “Shake It Off” as they lip-sync the words. They mouthed the words poorly, by the way, but I won’t mention that because it’s not important. 🙂

Their video has rekindled the rumors flame that Kim and Taylor have finally ended their battle that was begun almost seven years ago in 2016 when Kim’s husband at the time, Kanye West (remember him) released his song Famous, which contained some extremely offensive lyrics about Tay Tay. The happy couple at the time, Ye and Kim said that Taylor approved of the “not safe for work” lyrics while Taylor denied it. “KK” and “Ye” released a video of “Tay” allegedly showing that it was indeed approved during a phone conversation. Taylor got the last laugh a couple of years later when a video of the entire, unedited phone conversation found its way onto the internet for all to hear.
Many also think that Taylor showed there was a truce in her Midnights song “Vigilante S***,” which is about supporting a wife who “gets the house, gets the kids, gets the pride” from her cheating husband. The lyrics go, “She needed cold, hard proof, so I gave her some, she had the envelope, where you think she got it from?” Many believe this to be true because of all of the alleged reports saying Ye cheated on Kim during their marriage.
Whether the rumors are true or not, I like to think that they have mended their relationship and look forward to hearing more positive things from both ladies.
Ways to Spread Love and Happiness Every Week in 2023
I believe that all of us would love to spread kindness as much as possible. We don’t perform random acts of kindness for a variety of reasons, maybe we think we don’t have time, or perhaps we feel money is the issue (it’s not), or some might feel it’s “weird.” One extremely small way I try to be kind and friendly is when I’m on my daily run I give a quick wave to anyone and everyone I pass or see. I used to sometimes wait until someone else waved before I’d wave back, but at some point, I decided to always be the “wave initiator.” Again, this is a very tiny, teeny-weeny thing I like to do, but there are so many other ways to spread joy.
The fine folks at The Guardian have compiled “52 Acts of Kindness: how to spread joy in every week of 2023” to help us make 2023 a better place and more enjoyable for all of us. Some are as simple as helping a dying bee or donating a coat, while others can be more complex, but certainly doable.
Here are some of the “52 Acts of Kindness” on the list, see how many you feel you could accomplish this year…
