Kim Kardashian is having a hard time when it comes to her choices in the romance department. While appearing on The Late Late Show With James Corden on Thursday (September 15), the host asked "happily single" Kim, "I can't begin to imagine how Kim Kardashian looks for a partner. How do you find -- it's not like you're going to bump into someone at Ralph's, you know? How do you do it, do you get set up by friends, do you go on a dating app? How does Kim K look for a date?"
The SKIMS founder, who split from Pete Davidson after nine months together, replied to Corden, "I haven't really thought about it, because I'm not looking. I just want to chill for a minute. I think I need some time to myself and to focus, finish school, all that. But I think my next route, I feel like I have to do something, go to different places. Clearly, it's not working, whatever I'm doing."
Kim doesn't seem interested in looking for a fellow celebrity or entertainer for her next partner, as she said she'd like to go to a "hospital and meet a doctor, a law firm, I think it's gonna be like, scientist, neuroscientist, biochemist, doctor, attorney, that's maybe what I envision in the future."
As we previously reported, Kim and Pete broke up last month, citing long distance and demanding schedules. They began dating in November 2021 shortly after she hosted Saturday Night Live in October. The two starred in a sketch spoofing the Disney film Aladdin and Davidson got a tattoo in July that reads “Jasmine [infinity sign] Aladdin" marking the moment they met. He also has Kim's named branded on his body.
A few weeks post-Pete-breakup news, a source told E! News that Kim is “asking who she should date next,” adding that The Kardashians star “has plenty of options” and “all of her friends are constantly trying to set her up.”
