It appears Disick, who was driving in The Oaks gated community near Calabasas, smashed into a stone mailbox, possibly the reason why his Lamborghini SUV flipped.
Law enforcement said Disick was alone in the car and didn't appear impaired, with the accident involving only his vehicle. Apparently, Disick sustained a minor cut to his head, and when paramedics arrived, he refused medical attention.
