Amazon Worker Dies On the Job in Carteret
A person working at an Amazon Fulfillment Center in Carteret died on the job as Prime Day was in full swing. The incident happened at Amazon’s EWR9 warehouse facility on July 12, 2022.
The worker has not been identified and no further details are available. OSHA is investigating the incident and could take up to 6 months to complete their investigation.
Amazon has been criticized heavily for working conditions both for drivers and warehouse personnel.
