The concept car is a blacked-out tank with oversized wheels similar to what Ye pulled up in during his McDonald’s commercial for the Super Bowl. There has yet to be official news on whether or not the Donda Foam Vehicle will be released or what manufacturer Ye will be using but according to the statement, it will be made in the U.S.
