A 3,548-square-foot house in need of some serious TLC, is on the market in Fairfax, Virginia for $800,000. The potential buyer might get more than they bargained for because it comes with an additional buddy or 2 living in the  basement.  The catch is: “Cash offers only no access to see lower level and home sold as is only with acknowledgment that home will convey with a person(s) living in lower level with no lease in place,” the listing on Zillow.com says.

Yep, you read that right, this five-bedroom, four-bathroom house in need of repair comes with a possible squatter.  The person or persons living in the basement pays no rent and you aren’t allowed to go down the basement to check it out!  This listing sounds like a plot in a scary movie! Hey, thanks for throwing in an unwanted basement buddy!

After being shared on social media, people shared how ridiculous it would be to actually own a home with a stranger living in the basement that you aren’t allowed to see!
