Today’s Episode of “The Good, The Bad, and the Hypocrisy”
“The Good, The Bad, and the Hypocrisy” are 3 stories of the day; one good, one bad and one hypocritical. The Good is about a clever promotion by a popular pizza restaurant. The Bad is a story of an Uber driver and their unfaithful partner. The Hypocrisy is that of the International Olympic Committee.
The Good
Domino’s Pizza is launching a new promotion where they are going to tip carry out customers $3. Domino’s says, “As a reward, Domino’s is giving a $3 tip to online carryout customers who take the time and energy out of their day to act as their own delivery drivers. After all, we think they deserve it.” Promotion ends May 22nd.
The Bad
According to the New York Post an Uber driver who we’ll call Jen, because that’s her name, decided to drive one night when her boyfriend told her he’d be hanging with his buddies. She later posted; “Drive for Uber and your man gets in the back seat with another girl. THIS ACTUALLY HAPPENED HAHAHA.”
and The Hypocrisy
The Daily Mirror is saying that the International Olympic Committee is contradicting itself. Due to Covid, the IOC is discouraging shaking hands and hugging.. They are also encouraging social distancing. However, they are also distributing birth control to the athletes. The games begin this Friday.
