Blue Origin To Send Michael Strahan Into Space December 11

Michael Strahan is preparing for takeoff aboard New Shepard on Saturday, December 11.
Jeff Bezos’ company Blue Origin is sending the former NFL player and Good Morning America host into space this weekend along with Laura Shepard Churchley. She is the daughter of astronaut Alan Shepard whom the spacecraft is named after.
ABC reported that Strahan is “bringing several prize possessions onboard” including his retired New York Giants jersey, Super Bowl ring, among other things.
Liftoff from Launch Site One is targeted for 9:45 AM ET with live launch coverage of NS-19 beginning on BlueOrigin.com at T-90 minutes.
