Spotswood Mayor Jackie Palmer and Helmetta Mayor Chris Slavicek will be holding a joint candlelight vigil to mark the 20th anniversary of 9/11 at the Spotswood 9/11 Memorial at 7 p.m. on Saturday, September 11.

Twenty years later, the death toll continues to climb as many first responders suffer from the effects of the toxic air at Ground Zero.
