Tarot Tuesday: May 4, 2021
Hello, this is Debra from Golden Bee Tarot and Reiki. Welcome to the May 4th edition of Tarot Tuesday!
Our guidance is coming from the Tarot of the 78 Doors. This week I asked the cards where we should place our focus this month. Close your eyes and center yourself.
Take a deep breath in through your nose, pause for a count of four then slowly release the breath. When you are ready, open your eyes and connect with the cards. Choose the one you feel most drawn to, or perhaps two cards for deeper insight. Now that you’ve chosen your card, let’s take a look at the reveal.
1. The Devil (Rx): This month brings opportunities to shed toxic patterns that have been plaguing you. Whether it’s a bad habit, unhealthy relationship or addictive behavior, this is a time where you discover that you have the power to break free from destructive situations that are not serving your higher good. The realization that you are in control of changing any dysfunctional routines in your life gives you the courage to take them on and finally break the hold they have on you. Know that you have the strength and determination to face your demons and sever the ties that bind you.
2. Two of Pentacles: The month of May finds you juggling responsibilities and handling various situations that life has thrown at you. But instead of feeling overburdened or drained by your obligations, you instead feel energized and excited to make progress on plans or projects that you are working on. The knowledge that you have the resources to tackle anything that comes your way makes it easier for you to manage everything on your plate. This is a period of high productivity with the potential for big payoffs if you can keep your cool and maintain balance through shifting circumstances.
3. The High Priestess: You find yourself taking a deep dive this month as The High Priestess signifies intuition and insight. This is a time where you may find you are more in tune with your dreams and imagination, prompting you to look within yourself for answers to life’s more puzzling questions. The High Priestess represents the divine feminine wisdom which resides in all of us. If they have shown up for you, it’s a sign that you are ready to seek out the answers to life’s mysteries. Give yourself the time and space for quiet contemplation so you can gain access to your inner knowledge.
