Tarot Tuesday: March 23, 2021
Hello, this is Debra from Golden Bee Tarot and Reiki. Welcome to the March 23rd edition of Tarot Tuesday!
This week our guidance is coming from the Journey of the Sacred Bee Tarot by Kelly Burton. Close your eyes and center yourself. Take a deep breath in through your nose, pause for a count of four then slowly release the breath.
When you are ready, open your eyes and connect with the cards. Choose the one you feel most drawn to, or perhaps two cards for deeper insight. Now that you’ve chosen your card, let’s take a look at the reveal:
1. Death: Transformation and release are your themes for this week. The Death card signifies the moment when you reach the realization that letting go of the past is necessary in order for you to step into the next phase of your life’s journey. While the prospect of change can be frightening, the Death card teaches us that every ending we reach opens a portal to a new beginning. You cannot move into a new cycle if you continue to carry what you have outgrown. Death teaches you to shed old ways that no longer serve so you can be free to welcome the opportunity for rebirth.
2. Two of Cups: The Two of Cups represents union and harmony. This week your focus should be on creating partnerships based on trust and mutual understanding. Fostering a sense of cooperation and working together to reach a shared goal will go a long way towards creating an atmosphere where everyone feels inspired and optimistic. The best way to capitalize on this energy will be through open and honest communication. Freely sharing your feelings and letting the important people in your life know how much you value them will significantly deepen your connections.
3. Three of Swords: This week may find you working through feelings of sorrow and sadness. The sting of a betrayal or pain brought on by loss weighs heavy on your heart. While this card often invokes a strong reaction, it actually comes forward as a sign that you have an opportunity to heal your wounds and finally move past pain. It is time to allow yourself to experience your grief so that you can finally begin to repair what has been broken. Gently removing the swords that have pierced your heart opens the way for you to gain a new perspective through forgiveness.
