Laura Rose Carroll and her daughter voted 117 times from the same IP address. Her daughter was voted Homecoming Queen. Students complained after they heard what Carroll did. Investigators traced the IP address to Carroll's phone. She was charged with unlawful use of a two-way communication device, conspiracy and other things.
