COVID-19 Testing Is Expanding To Include Our Furry Friends
It’s just not for people anymore. COVID-19 testing is now going to include canines and cats. Health experts say there’s no evidence that people can catch the virus from pets, but the FDA has reported infected people can give it to their animals. Officials say cats and ferrets seem to be the most susceptible to COVID-19. but dogs can catch it too. Like their owners, animals that test positive should be kept in isolation for 14 days.
