Tarot Tuesday: January 26, 2021
Hello, this is Debra from Golden Bee Tarot and Reiki. Welcome to the January 26th edition of Tarot Tuesday!
This week our guidance is coming from the True Heart Intuitive Tarot by Rachel True. Close your eyes and center yourself. Take a deep breath in through your nose, then slowly exhale through your mouth.
When you are ready, open your eyes and connect with the cards. Choose the one you feel most drawn to, or perhaps two cards for deeper insight. Now that you’ve chosen your card, let’s check out the reveal!
1. Prince of Cups: The Prince of Cups arrives this week, wearing his heart on his sleeve, carrying a cup running over with emotion. This Knight has no fear of fully expressing his feelings. And he invites everyone he meets to do the same. This is a good time to ask yourself why you’ve been holding back from speaking your desires out loud. Most often, it’s due to a fear of rejection. The Prince of Cups advises you to put your worries aside and open your heart to love and passion.
2. Ten of Swords: Whatever you’ve been running away from catches up with you this week. An ending is at hand, bringing you face to face with your deepest anxieties. While the imagery of the Ten of Swords can be upsetting, it’s energy actually represents a release from a situation that’s been holding you hostage to your fears. The finality of this loss brings pain in the moment, but it also signifies a new beginning. Acknowledge your sorrow, then allow yourself to be liberated from the past.
3. Queen of Swords: You have a lot to say this week and you refuse to be silenced. The Queen of Swords has no fear of cutting through the nonsense to get to the core of the matter. Use this time to gather your thoughts and clarify your position. Just keep in mind that this energy can come across as severe if it isn’t tempered with kindness. At their heart, Queens represents feminine energy. There’s nothing wrong with speaking your truth as long as you convey it with compassion.
