Cats And Dogs May Need To Get Vaccinated
Scientists from the University of Minnesota say cats and dogs may need to get vaccinated to stop the spread of the coronavirus. The Russians have already started to develop a vaccine for pets, which there’s very little information about. Researchers say that the risk is that it starts to pass from animal to animal and then starts to evolve animal-specific strains that spill back into the human population. It makes sense to develop vaccines for pets, for domestic animals, just as a precaution to reduce this risk.
