After 2 decades PBS has canceled the kids show “Caillou,” about a character many parents believed was a “little brat” or “evil. It seems the bald cartoon character was the least-favorite animated star among moms and dads everywhere. Parents are celebrating online since the news of the show’s cancellation broke.
