Rihanna has a new lawsuit on her hands. Per Complex, she is getting sued for using a song in an ad for Fenty Beauty without permission.
The song is question is by father-daughter duo King Khan and Saba Lou. Rihanna’s team used the music from their song “Good Habits (and Bad)” in an Instagram post promoting the cosmetic line.
According to the lawsuit, Rihanna “did not have their blessing, or legal permission, to use the tune.” Documents state she “ripped it from a music streaming platform.” The father-daughter duo is going after Rihanna for damages. They also want her to stop using the music for the ad, which reportedly received over 3.4 million views.
