Eating Mangoes May Reduce OR Increase Wrinkles
A new study by Nutrients reveals that eating mangoes may minimize facial wrinkles. However, the same study found that eating too many mangoes can have the opposite effect. Participants that consumed a half cup of mangoes four times a week for four months saw a reduction in wrinkles. Participants that ate a cup and a half for the same period of time saw an increase.
Researchers say the best strategy is to eat a balanced diet including a variety of fruits and vegetables.
