According to psychotherapist Dr. Teralyn Sells, eating too much Halloween Candy can cause adults to become anxious, fatigued, and irritable. Too much candy for kids could make them become hyperactive, lack focus and concentration, and have a tantrum. Make sure your kids eat higher protein snacks before and after candy, This will help stabilize blood sugar and help to avoid mood issues.  And to prevent the Halloween haul from affecting your  sleep cycle, avoid snacking on candy before bed.
