Lil Nas X is officially celebrating the one year anniversary of being publicly out of the closet.

The singer tweeted out, "i have officially been gay for a year wow that was fun what should i do next!?"

Under the post, fans gave their suggestions on what he should do to celebrate. One wrote, "how about release album?????." Another added, "what if u went straight again and then make a cycle of u coming out every other year."

One fan commented on how Lil Nas X coming out helped him. He wrote, "Seeing this was one year ago is actually a big deal to me, seeing this is what gave me the confidence to come out and it means the world to me."

Lil Nas X also reshared his tweet from last year, when he reminisced about how far he has come in his life and career. He wrote, "wow man last year i was sleeping on my sisters floor, had no money, struggling to get plays on my music, suffering from daily headaches, now i’m gay."
