Governor Phil Murphy announced today (June 23) that all outdoor amusement parks, water parks, and playgrounds can reopen on Thursday, July 2.

The new order includes the rides on New Jersey boardwalks at 50% capacity with specific guidance to be released.

“Social distancing is the only thing that has allowed us to crush the curves over the past three months and what has allowed us to catch up to a virus that has no proven therapeutic,” Murphy shared to Twitter.
