Taylor Swift is using her massive platform to not only support the Black Lives Matter movement and talk about racial injustice but also to push for mail-in voting.

On Twitter, Taylor wrote, “Racial injustice has been ingrained deeply into local and state governments, and changes MUST be made there. In order for policies to change, we need to elect people who will fight against police brutality and racism of any kind. #BlackLivesMatter.”

The singer then shared a recent article Barack Obama wrote about injustice and stressed the importance of mail-in voting. She said, “We need to fight for mail-in voting for the 2020 election. No one should have to choose between their health and having their voice heard.” She also shared a link to Vote.org for fans to get more info about voting.

Taylor has not been shy about her opinions on race and her desire to vote Trump out of office. She directly addressed him in May by saying, “After stoking the fires of white supremacy and racism your entire presidency, you have the nerve to feign moral superiority before threatening violence? ‘When the looting starts the shooting starts’??? We will vote you out in November. @realdonaldtrump.”
