You’re missing some good furniture store eatin’ if you’ve never treated yourself to some low-priced Swedish meatballs. Luckily you can experience those tasty IKEA Swedish meatballs because they’ve released their secret recipe (assembly required).

Seriously, the recipe contains an illustrated step-by-step guide and cooking them is not nearly as difficult as building a KLEPPSTAD wardrobe.

The hardest part is converting from grams and milliliters to pounds and cups (remember the metric system).

Ingredients?  Beef and pork, onions, garlic, breadcrumbs, vegetable and beef stock, soy sauce, an allen wrench (not really), and 6 simple steps.

The recipe serves four people, or one person. Here’s the meat tweet…Utsökt!!!
