We should all be doing 10 minutes of what’s termed neck hygiene every day.  Neck hygiene is a flow of yoga type exercises for your neck, shoulders and upper back.

You hold a lot of tension in your neck, especially if you’re staring down at your computer all day!  A lot of times we aren’t even aware of that we have tension! Not only will neck yoga combat stress, neck tension, shoulder pain, and upper back pain,  but it will help improve poor posture!
