This is a post for holiday travel to grandma’s house, but it is also very relevant in the age of social distancing!
Alright, it isn’t a kit at all, but it does pack light. Here are three ways to keep up your cardio in-between all the eating, courtesy of Health.com:
- Burpees. I never said you would like the exercises! No one likes burpees, but they’re undeniably a great exercise that doesn’t require any equipment. If you need a refresher on how to do them, check out this link.
- Mountain climbers. Ah, the staple of middle school gym class warmups also turns out to be useful for adults, too.
- Lunge jumps. It works just like it sounds — do a lunge, then jump and switch legs into another lunge.
The gym may be shut down, but it doesn’t mean your workout has to!
