A lot of celebrities and athletes are coming forward to reveal they have coronavirus, and now someone from “Bachelor Nation” is too. Colton Underwood, who was on the 23rd season of The Bachelor, has announced that he is ill.

He posted a video with the caption, “I tested positive and I have been following all of the social distancing rules since last week. My symptoms started a few days ago, I was tested and just received my results today. For anyone out there that is hesitant to self quarantine… please do yourself and your loved ones a favor and stay home. We will all beat this and come out stronger on the other side. I’ll keep you posted, Love y’all.”

In his message, he addressed rumors about people saying only the elderly get the virus. He says, “I’m 28. I consider myself pretty healthy. I work out regularly. I eat healthy. And I became symptomatic a few days ago… It’s been kicking my ass, just to put it very bluntly.” He then goes into detail about his symptoms and encourages fans to stay home and be safe.
