You can’t go to a dinner party without someone bringing up the words organic, vegetarian, farm fresh, kale, or goat cheese. I left the last dinner party I attended wondering if I’m eating healthy. I normally like to buy frozen vegetables or canned veggies because it’s less time consuming to open a bag or can. I t may seem like I’m lazy but cutting the veggies and disgarding the peels isn’t a pleasant task for me!
