2020 Academy Awards Nominations
The official list is out. I am a big fan of Adam Sandler. Not only do I think he’s a great actor, I think he is a sweet, down to earth, family guy in real life. Adam was hoping to get nominated for playing Howard Ratner in Uncut Gems. As you look at the list of nods you will see his name does not appear. He was against some pretty good competition. Adam responded to his Oscar snub by tweeting, ”Bad news: Sandman gets no love from the Academy. Good news: Sandman can stop wearing suits. Congrats to all my friends who got nominated, especially Mama (Kathy Bates).

If you are like me, you are very excited to see the stars on the Red Carpet to see their wardrobe and hair style choices. I may like that part more than the actual award show. The Academy Awards air on February 9th on ABC. I cleared my calendar, did you? – Maryann Morgan- Joel & Maryann in the Morning
