Taylor Swift might not be a fan of Scooter Braun’s, but it seems the feeling isn’t mutual. After dropping Lover, Braun complimented Swift’s “brilliant” album release.

“Regardless of what has been said,” Braun tweeted on Friday (Aug.23), “the truth is you don’t make big bets unless you are a believer and always have been. Brilliant album with #Lover. Congrats @taylorswift13.”

He added, “Supporting was always the healthier option,” a nod to their recent feud. After Braun purchased Big Machine Group, and Swift’s masters with it, she took to Tumblr to call out the manager of Justin Bieber. Specifically, she called him buying the rights to her back catalogue her  “worst case scenario.”

Earlier this week, Swift confirmed she will re-record her first five albums in 2020, to regain the rights. Lover is the first of Swift’s albums that she owns.
