- Running. The most obvious one. Not only does it help you burn fat, but it tones your muscles.
- Step climbing. This can be actual steps, or the step climber at the gym. It can also be hiking or rock climbing/bouldering.
- Squats. This really helps build muscle. If you’re feeling adventurous, try the one-leg squat.
