With the Oscars this weekend it’s time to talk MOVIES!! Anyone can make a list of their favorite movies they’ve seen. I thought it would be a bit more challenging to list the fave films I haven’t seen.
If you haven’t seen a movie, does it really exist?
#3 “Black Panther”
This movie is well on it’s way to being the top grossing film of all time, so it’s got to be good. It also includes some actors who have been in movies or TV shows I may have seen and enjoyed. If there were ever three movies that I would recommend without actually seeing, This. Would. Be. One. Of. Them. I can’t wait to see this for the first time over and over again because it’s possibly cinemagical.
#2 “Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri”
This movie has the potential of absolutely blowing me away! “Three Billboards…” could be the second best movie I’ve never seen, and it is, here’s why. Great acting: Frances McDormand, Woody Harrelson, Peter Dinklage and Brendan Sexton III. Actually, I’ve never heard of Brendan, but since he’s “the third” there are at least three Brendan Sextons, and you don’t just keep producing something if it’s not good. This movie is also based on a true story, and whenever a movie is based on a true story the producers always make sure they let everybody know. Producers are usually smart and successful, that’s why this is one of my favorites.
Full disclosure; I’ve seen this movie several times. However, I simply feel it’s too good to leave off the list. If I’d never seen it, I still think I would thoroughly enjoy it. The lead character is unbelievably convincing as a shark. I can’t think of another actor who could come close to pulling that off. Not even Meryl Streep.
I was considering a “Top 5” rather than just 3, but I didn’t think you’d even read this far.
