If you’re looking for a way to give almost any meal a big health boost, look no further than avocados.   • High in the right kind of fat. Don’t let our fear of fat get in the way of getting the fat you need – monounsaturated. Just like the healthy fat in olive oil, it is great for your heart, reducing inflammation and thwarting cancer
  • Tons of fiber. Fiber is key to weight loss, reducing blood sugar spikes and preventing many diseases
