We love our favorite celebrities for their music and breathtaking live performances, but a number of them also serve as a source of inspiration, too.

The following ladies encourage us to take a page out of their book and add a dose of fitness to other lives, even when Netflix and the couch seem so much more appealing:

Carrie Underwood

Carrie has her own line of fitness apparel, and makes exercise a regular part of her life, despite a hectic schedule as a mom and a performer. We're still not over this adorable video she posted featuring her working out alongside her son Isaiah.

Demi Lovato

Demi Lovato has been very open about her past body image struggles, and has also revealed that she uses the gym as an outlet to keep herself positive. She frequently posts snaps of herself gym session and has spoken about her passion for boxing. The star recently unveiled a new athleisure line for Kate Hudson's Fabletics brand.

Britney Spears

Long-known for her incredible abs and enviable dance moves, Britney Spears logs plenty of hours in the gym. She often documents her progress, which her fitness-minded fans who find her workouts inspiring appreciate.

Jennifer Lopez

It's hard to believe that Jennifer Lopez is almost 50 years old. Whatever workout regimen she's following, we're going to copy it exactly, because....wow.

Pink

The artist known for her in-show aerial routines is in incredible shape, but she's also honest about her workout schedule. After having two babies, Pink regularly posts about her progress as she gets back to the gym, and isn't one to tout the need to be perfect.

These celebs inspire us to get off the couch and start moving, and maybe even don pieces from their activewear lines as we do it!
