HOW TO MAKE MINI HOT CHOCOLATE DOUGHNUTS PREP: 10-15 MINUTES COOK: 4-5 MINUTES PER BATCH INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGHNUTS 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour 1/2 cup hot chocolate mix 1/2 cup sugar 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 egg 1/2 cup milk 2 tbsp white vinegar 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips FOR THE GLAZE 1 cup powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 4 tbsp milk FOR THE MARSHMALLOW CREME FROSTING 1/4 stick (2 tablespoons) butter/margarine, softened 1/2 jar (3.5 oz.)
