I am a born and raised Jersey girl; I grew up going down the shore, playing competitive sports, eating Taylor Ham breakfast sandwiches (NOT pork roll), and most importantly, listening to a large variety of music. Who knew that one day that very obsession with music would land me an on-air position at Magic 98.3!
My career in broadcasting began while at Rutgers University. I first broke into the industry when I interned for The Scott and Todd in the Morning at 95.5 WPLJ and got a real taste of what running a successful radio show entailed. Once I fell in love with the world of radio, I became involved at my local college station, WRSU 88.7. I was given my own show, "Talk of the Town," which involved playing the newest music and discussing celebrity gossip. The juicier, the better.
Shortly after graduating from Rutgers, I was very fortunate to be brought on as a part-time On-Air Personality for Magic 98.3. Now I am on my way to a career in broadcasting, and hope that one day, it will be my life.
And remember, everyone always has more fun in Jersey!
