6 Week Challenge .... COMPLETE!

January 1st 2018, I set a goal for myself for the new year. I wanted to get in shape for once in my life but to be honest, in the beginning of the year I really didn't do much to get that done. But 6 weeks ago I finally took the bull by the horns and decided to achieve something I always wanted with the help of Crossfit 103. On day one I got weighed and it hurts to say this but I was the heaviest I have ever been in my life. Coming in at 236lbs I was ashamed I let myself get to that weight but I knew I was in the right place to turn it around. The coaches gave everyone who was taking on the 6 week challenge a diet plan to follow, along with days & times to go to the Crossfit gym to get to work. At first I was pretty intimidated but I couldn't let that get in my way. Fast forward 6 weeks later, I weigh in at 223lbs and I'm not only feeling healthier...but stronger! All the credit has to go to Chris, Gil, Sal, Matt, Crizzy, Christina & Linda! These are the coaches that kept me focused the whole time and they're still by my side helping me get to where I want to be even though the challenge is over!

Crossfit is perfect for anyone looking to make a change. With the help of the coaches & a strong mentality, you cannot fail!
