Crossfit 103. Week 3 in the books!

Last Saturday I completed week 3 of the 6 week challenge with Crossfit 103 in Staten Island, NY. On Monday I had my Mid-way weigh in and I am happy to report I am down 7 lbs and 2% body fat. Do I wish those numbers were higher? Absolutely, but I know this is a Marathon and not a race. I have been trying to lose weight forever and I have never been able to do it alone. If it weren't for the guidance from the coaches, I doubt I would have been able to do this alone. With that being said, I am happy to say I have decided to give Crossfit more then 6 weeks of my time because the way I feel can not be replaced by going to a regular gym. After the 6 week challenge, I signed up to continue it for the rest of the year! And once I feel 100% comfortable with the way my body has changed, I promise you I will share the before and after pics! 😉
