According to Fifth Harmony's Twitter account, Camila Cabello has left the group.
In the tweet, no reason was given for her seemingly surprising exit from Fifth Harmony, however the update did indicate that the girls found out Cabello was leaving from her representative. The group wished her well with her future endeavors.
In an effort to end the tweet on a positive note, the group gave a shout out to their fans, called Harmonizers, and promised to "continue on."
Prior to the announcement last night, Cabello had performed with the group at the Jingle Ball tour, making her sudden announcement all the more shocking.
Though many will note that after Camila went solo to sing "I Know What You Did Last Summer" with Shawn Mendes, then later collaborated with Machine Gun Kelly on "Bad Things," it seems as if she may have already been laying the groundwork for a solo career.
Fans still feel that maybe something could have happened during the show or immediately following the Jingle Ball tour that made Cabello quit. What do you think?
